My journey into motherhood—becoming a first-time mom to twins—has deeply shaped why I’m so passionate about this work. Welcoming a baby is one of life’s biggest transitions, and the many changes that come with it can feel overwhelming at times. I’ve learned firsthand how true the saying is: “It takes a village to raise a child.”

I would be honored to be part of your village as you navigate your own path to parenthood. With over 20 years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse, educator, and a mom myself, I bring not only clinical knowledge, but also compassion, understanding, and personal insight.

In a mentorship session which I lovingly call Pláticas con tu Alma—Conversations with Your Soul—we begin by arriving together in a sacred, grounded space where you are fully welcomed, just as you are.

Each session opens with a gentle guided practice to help you center, settle, and connect to the present moment.

With kindness and care, we start by honoring whatever you're carrying in the present moment.  Through gentle heartfelt conversation, we allow deeper layers of awareness to emerge naturally. What may first appear as a challenge is often a gateway or access point—an invitation to explore the beliefs or patterns quietly shaping other areas of life.

As we stay with what arises, listening tenderly and without judgment, often deeper truths begin to surface. From my own experience I would say, true healing and transformation often begin with the simple act of witnessing what arises—with love, presence, compassion and most of all no judgement.
